จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย มีนโยบายมาตรฐานด้านจริยธรรมในด้านงานวิชาการและงานวิจัย เพื่อสร้างความเชื่อมั่นตามมาตรฐานในระดับสากล เรามีระบบการจัดการเพื่อสนับสนุนกิจกรรมด้านจริยธรรมงานวิชาการและงานวิจัย มุ่งให้ความรู้ เสริมสร้างจิตสำนึก สร้างความตระหนักรู้ ให้แก่บุคลากรและนิสิต เรามีกระบวนการรับข้อร้องเรียน ที่มีความโปร่งใสและยุติธรรม มหาวิทยาลัยจึงได้มีการจัดตั้งคณะกรรมการจริยธรรม งานวิชาการและงานวิจัยขึ้นเพื่อเสริมสร้างความรู้ทางด้านจริยธรรมให้กับคณาจารย์นักวิจัยของมหาวิทยาลัย

สำนักบริการวิจัยได้มีการเน้นย้ำการสื่อสาร เรื่องของมาตรฐานงานวิจัย โดยจะต้องไม่ละเมิดใน 4 ประเด็นหลักได้แก่ การคัดลอกวรรณกรรม (Plagiarism) การดัดแปลงข้อมูลทำให้ผู้อื่นเข้าใจผิด (Falsification) การสร้างข้อมูลที่ไม่ได้เกิดขึ้นจริง (Fabrication) และการเป็นผู้ประพันธ์ที่ไม่เหมาะสม (Misconduct of Authorship)

Chulalongkorn University uphold a policy of ethical standards in both academic and research endeavors, aiming to foster confidence in line with international benchmarks. We have established management systems to support activities in academic and research ethics, aiming to impart knowledge, cultivate awareness, and provide understanding to our faculty and students. We have a transparent and fair grievance procedure in place. In light of this, a committee for ethics, academic, and research has been established to enhance ethical knowledge among our faculty researchers.

The Office of Research Affairs emphasizes effective communication regarding research standards and strives to address four main issues: plagiarism, falsification of data leading to misinterpretation, fabrication of non-existent data, and misconduct in authorship.

The committee consists of a chairman, advisors, and experts in the fields of health, science, social sciences, and humanities. Our committee is ready to listen to concerns, provide consultations, and handle complaints.

The Office of Research Administration provides services for training in academic and research ethics and disseminates online courses through the website www.research.chula.ac.th/orai. Together, we can create a culture of ethics that upholds the values of our institution.
